Schedule Your Document Collection
To schedule the collection of your documents please complete the form and submit your request.
Important Notes:
- Visa processing times reflected on this website do not include the time required for the collection & delivery of passports & documents (i.e. 1 additional day is required for collection & 1 additional day is required for delivery)
- Please ensure your documents are ready before you schedule a collection
- All documents must be ready for collection at the designated time.
- Please note that Urgent Early Morning Collection/Submission service is not available for all India visa applications.
- For documents collected during the standard morning run, CIBT will check and advise of incomplete documentation (if any) by 5.00pm on same day.
- For documents collected during the standard afternoon run, CIBT will check and advise of incomplete documentation (if any) by 8.00pm on same day.
